The journal maintains a strict separation between editorial decision-making and commercial interests. Advertising, sponsorship, and other commercial activities do not influence editorial policies, peer review, manuscript evaluation, acceptance decisions, publication timing, or editorial content.
All advertising and sponsored material must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Advertisements must not be presented in a manner that could be mistaken for peer-reviewed or editorial material.
Editors responsible for editorial decision-making have no involvement in advertising sales, advertising approval, sponsorship arrangements, or commercial negotiations related to the journal.
The Publishing and Printing Department of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně is responsible for the administration and approval of advertising. Advertising inquiries may be directed to nto@cls.cz.
All advertising must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Act No. 40/1995 Coll., on the Regulation of Advertising, as amended, and any other relevant legal requirements.
Advertising content must be truthful, accurate, substantiated, and not misleading. Advertisements must not contain deceptive claims, promote unlawful activities, compromise public health, or conflict with accepted ethical and professional standards.
The journal reserves the right to reject, withdraw, or request modification of any advertisement that is considered inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the journal’s mission, values, or professional standards.
Sponsored supplements, sponsored content, or other forms of commercial support, if accepted, must be clearly identified and must remain subject to the journal’s editorial policies and standards. Financial support or sponsorship does not confer influence over editorial decisions or published content.
